From Player To Coach

Coach Tim Donley -

As a former soccer player, I made a decision a long time ago to give back to a sport that I love. I strive to make a positive impact on youth soccer and futsal players that I hope will carry with them years beyond my coaching. 

I have a passion to improve a player's game and hopefully enhance their love of soccer.  For me, both are a huge win!! It always comes down to soccer is still a game that should be fun and enjoyed. 

My background of coaching stems from a variety of recreational soccer, academy soccer, select soccer and state teams over the years.  Being a part of this variety of programs has given me a wonderful understanding of players' abilities at different levels and expectations.

It's been an honor to have had opportunities to be a part of some amazing soccer and futsal camps in southeastern Wisconsin over the last 20 years with Elm Grove Soccer Club, Elmbrook United SC, Field99 and Cream City Futsal.

I enjoyed a wonderful soccer playing career at high level select, premiere league, high school and ODP teams in the state of Wisconsin through the 90's and early 2000's.

I am a National "D" Licensed Coach that has had the honor of learning from some of the best coaches in the country including former US National Coach Bob Gansler, former US National Futsal Player Guilherme Veiga, Wisconsin Legend Coach Robert Williams and my dad, Coach Pat Donley, who taught me the most about soccer and life.

I hope to continue to share my knowledge with future generations of young soccer players for years to come.
